2/ History of establishment and development:

• Nhat Tan Anh Joint Stock Company has experience in consulting and supplying safety and labor protection equipment for over 33 years (1993 - 2026).

• The predecessor of Nhat Tan Anh Joint Stock Company is Vung Tau General Trade Center - a unit established in 1993 - under Ba Ria Vung Tau Investment Construction and Trade Company- (ICT), is a State-owned enterprise operating in multi-industry import and export business, investing in factories, offices for lease and specialized in labor protection and labor safety. marine and petroleum equipment; building infrastructure, factories, and investing in joint ventures with many domestic and foreign enterprises;

• On October 23, 2006, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province approved the equitization plan and transformed Ba Ria-Vung Tau Trade and Construction Investment Company into Nhat Nhat Tan Joint Stock Company (NNT Corp.).

• On March 6, 2017, the Board of Directors of Nhat Nhat Tan Joint Stock Company decided to convert Nhat Nhat Tan Joint Stock Company Branch - Vung Tau General Trade Center  into a Nhat Tan Anh Joint Stock Company - independent accounting according to the Law on Enterprises - and is a member company with contributed capital of NNT Corp, in which: Nhat Tan Anh Joint Stock Company has inherited and taken over all assets, capital, human resources, rights and obligations related to the implementation of principle contracts, economic contracts, bidding documents, and contracts. warranty service, customer care on the basis of a commitment to complete transfer legal rights and obligations from Nhat Nhat Tan Joint Stock Company (at NNT VT Branch) to Nhat Tan Anh Joint Stock Company.

NTA JSC officially operated and received all assets, capital, human resources, customers and all business rights and obligations at Nhat Nhat Tan Joint Stock Company.
